Located in the neighborhood of Breganzona, in an elegant residential and scenic area, surrounded by greenery, the apartment welcomes you at the entrance with a large hallway, with closet and bookcase, and continuing you reach the large and bright living room. After a day of sightseeing relax by watching a movie or reading a book on the sofa that becomes a double bed for the night. Next to it is the dining table for 4 and the kitchen, complete with everything you need. The living room overlooks the spacious terrace, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining in fine weather, and admiring the nature that lushly surrounds the building.  The comfortable bedroom has a double bed. By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 3 direction "Breganzona, Posta" for 5 stops and get off at "Breganzona, Posta" stop. Then walk 8 minutes to the apartment.
