A historic İstanbul experience. In a 120 years old building by the seaside, built for the foreign residents with delicacy who constructed famous Haydarpaşa train station Located at the very center of the city, the main tourist attractions are 20-25 minutes away. Any means of transport is available within walking distance Countless cafes, galleries, bars, boutique shops, giant wall paintings nearby Enjoy watching the ferries, Haydarpaşa station and historical peninsula from the common terrace KEY FEATURES: - Air conditioning in living room - Superb location - Lively neighborhood - Spacious flat with high ceiling and four bedrooms - Well equipped kitchen - You can enjoy the sunset and some of the famous landmarks of İstanbul from the common terrace THINGS TO NOTE: - The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. - The apartment facing the main street. Although the sound insulation of the windows is sufficient, it might be a bit of street noise in the bedrooms. - There is only AC in the living room. It affects all the rooms if you leave the doors open. - There is only one bathroom in the apartment might be a limitation for big groups. - Kitchen is rather small - Terrace of the building at the top is shared from 10:00 to 21:00 - Cleanliness of the bed linens and towels is one of our top priorities. Any stain (make up, nail polish, blood etc.) has to be specially cleaned with extra care. In the worst case if we are unable to remove those, they need to be thrown out and you might be charged for the cost of it. Please make sure to use them as it your own.

Kadıköy has always been the hearth of the Asian side, arguably the most liberal and progressive district. Although it has become more popular in the last 5 years you will get a clear idea of being a real local on the narrow and busy streets. It is the central transportation and service hub on the Asian side with diverse areas for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Nice promenades along the seafront, green recreation areas as well as vibrant nightlife add value to the district. The neighborhood is one of the oldest settlements in Asian side called Yeldeğirmeni, surrounded by cafes and art ateliers. It is also famous with contemporary building paintings. There are more than 30 building of them completed by the international artist around the world. GETTING AROUND: - Right in the center of the city- Rıhtım. Many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc are within a couple minutes of walking distance - 5 min by walk to subway, ferries (for Prince Islands and European side) and transportation hub that 24h services the whole city. They are all cheap and easy to take you European Side and historical sightseeing places. - 5 minutes by walk to the seashore - 8-10 minutes by walk to Kadıköy fish bazaar - 8-10 minutes to main bus station where airport shuttle station is located
