The property is in a residential area between the main train station and bus station. It is on the edge of the City Centre of Chester. The location is Golden and everything you need is within walking distance including the university. There is two car parks nearby ( 2mins away 24hrs. The advantage to staying at this property compared to hotels is that we cook our own meals ourselves here. We cook for a wide range of dietary requirements. I provide all the basics including drinks, snacks and cupboard staples and usually a meal on arrival. Plus all your toiletries. I study from home doing an MA in Arts and rent out 3 rooms. I mainly attract like minded persons including workers, travelers and guests attending special events in Chester. I am a friendly host with qualifications and experience in the hospitality industry and hold the Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene Certification.
