This is a great base to explore the area of Chichester, its beautiful harbour and the South Downs National Park. The space I am excited to welcome you to my apartment, just minutes from the lovely beaches of East Wittering and Bracklesham. Perfect for a beachside break, it also offers you a great base to explore the greater surroundings of Chichester Harbour and also the South Downs and Goodwood. The apartment is on the first floor of the block, and you enter through the communal door from the car park. Enter the apartment into the hallway and ahead you will be welcomed into the large living room/diner. With large bespoke bookcases encasing the room, you will find plenty of reading material and board games to keep you occupied during a quiet night in. The large comfortable sofa faces the smart TV, and offers you all the usual streaming channels (you will need to use your own log in to use these). There is a small desk and comfortable chair set up in the corner, should you need to find a spot to work from. The comfortable dining table is beside the kitchen and is a lovely cosy corner to share a meal in the evenings. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. The apartment is perfectly situated for the beach, a short stroll to East Wittering and a longer walk to West Wittering Beach and East Head. Chichester is just a 15 minute drive away, with its shops, restaurants and theatre and Goodwood is easily accessible. There are great walks including the Medmerry Nature reserve and cycle tracks crossing the peninsula to the Harbour, Chichester itself and the South Downs. East Wittering is a small beach resort town with some great cafes, ice cream parlours and shops. Nearby Bracklesham Bay has further cafes and shops.
