A detached house on a no through road so very quiet with ample free parking. Large bedrooms with a small sofa and a smaller room with Tea & Coffee making facilities and limited breakfast items. The smaller room has a table and chairs and excellent WIFI. Perfect if you need to do Zoom meetings or work from home. Private spacious bathroom with toilet bath and shower. No shared facilities. You have the top floor of the house to yourself. I only rent out 1 room ,however if you are part of the same party, I can for an extra fee allow the 2nd large bedroom to be available. We have regular barn owls and Red Kites over the back field at the end of the garden I hope you get to see them.

I am an outdoor person. I love skiing and walking. I love to meet people and share my home with them in a discreet and professional way. I enjoy travelling in my Motorhome and the freedom the open road gives me.

The A555 Manchester Airport relief road is accessible at the end of my road. Turn right 1/4 mile up the road and you are on the A555. You are at Manchester Airport in less than 10 mins. You can leave the car on the road outside my home . Ample fee parking no restrictions. See Photos. Taxi to the airport or you can get a bus every 30 mins. A less than 10 min walk away is a park and ride into Stockport and Manchester. Also a bus a stop a few meters up the road which takes you into the Peak District. Lyme Park & Buxton are within easy reach. Stepping Hill Hospital is a 30 min walk away as is Hazel Grove Train Station. Some lovely walks over the fields into Poynton Village takes around 40 mins. A lovely Italian a 10 min walk away. Fish and Chips and 2 pubs all within walking distance. There are also a couple of local shops should you need anything.
